Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026

Medtroniic Concrete wants to treat everyone fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Medtroniic Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.

Tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. But Medtroniic Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or speak for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@medtroniic.buzz and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
