About Medtroniic Concrete and How Referrals Work

Who We Are
Medtroniic Concrete is a referral service. We help homeowners in Rogers and the Rogers area who want new concrete. That might be a driveway, a patio, or a stamped surface.
We do not pour concrete. We do not finish it. Independent local providers do that work. We help you reach them.
Why This Site Exists
Concrete is hard to judge. The price is big, and the slab is there for years. Many homeowners do not know what to ask. Others do not know which tasks they can safely do themselves.
So this site explains things in short words. Help, then hand off. You learn the basics. Then a pro takes over.
How Matching Works
You send a request through the form. You tell us the job, the size, and your town. We pass that to a provider in our network who works near you. That provider contacts you to talk about the job.
You can also Request a callback to check provider availability. Hours differ from one provider to the next.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Give a written quote that lists the work.
- Explain the steps before they start.
- Share proof of license and insurance if your area requires it.
- Treat your yard with care.
You should still check these things yourself. Ask for them before you sign.
What We Do Not Do
We do not set prices. We do not run the job. We do not sign contracts for you. Your agreement is only between you and the provider.
We also do not handle insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
This site is for new concrete. It is not a line for repair emergencies or complaints about past work.
How We Are Paid
Providers may pay a referral fee to be part of the network. That is how this site keeps running. The price of your job is still set between you and your provider. Get it in writing.
Where You Can Help
Some tasks are safe for homeowners. You can clear the area, move furniture, and mark the layout with paint or string. You can also decide on shape, size, and color.
Pros need to do the rest. They dig, grade, set forms, mix, pour, and finish. These steps need tools and skill. Pour it right, and the slab lasts.
